To further emancipate the mind, get ideas into shape, build consensus, and make decisive efforts in marketing, China MCC held the 2025 Marketing Promotion Conference in Beijing on September 22. Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China MCC, attended the conference and delivered a speech; Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, presided over the conference and delivered a concluding speech; Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, made a marketing report. Members of the operation team including Zeng Jianzhong, Dong Su, and Xiao Peng, attended the conference.
Chen Jianguang delivered a speech at the conference titled Emancipate the Mind, Get Ideas into Shape, Build Consensus, Seize the Historical Opportunity of Urban Renewal, and Make Decisive Efforts in Stabilization. He profoundly expounded on the strategic significance of urban renewal, analyzed China MCC's core advantages in detail, and put forward five new dialectical relationships for seizing market opportunities in urban renewal. First, it is necessary to view the relationship between current challenges and long-term development, adopt different strategies, bravely assume responsibilities, and open up new prospects. Second, it is necessary to view the relationship between local marketing and external operations, carry out deep engagement, establish the new before abolishing the old, and acquire new skills. Third, it is necessary to view the relationship between rules and regulations and market practice, emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, and unleash new vitality. Fourth, it is necessary to view the relationship between departmental division of labor and cooperation, balance division and integration, take proactive actions, and create a new atmosphere. Fifth, it is necessary to view the relationship between the core main business and related diversification, lay a solid foundation, explore steadily, and create new advantages.
Bai Xiaohu emphasized in the summary that all units should promptly convey and implement the spirit of the conference, focus on the annual tasks and targets, make solid arrangements, and promote implementation in an orderly manner. The operation team of the headquarters should step out of their respective areas of responsibility for full supervision and guidance. The headquarters departments should give full play to their functions of "guidance, service and supervision" and provide policy support. The leadership teams of subsidiaries should take the lead in exploring the market, spark a wave of full participation, and earnestly drive the steady development of enterprises.
Zhu Guangxia made a marketing report, comprehensively summarizing the achievements and shortcomings, and put forward work requirements from "strengthening awareness to ensure a successful conclusion, making planning for the systems by the headquarters, collaborating to snatch market share, making breakthroughs in implementing projects, pooling resources to secure orders, combining rewards and punishments to achieve practical results, and guaranteeing the overall development through compliance management".
At the conference, five units including MCC CISDI, China First Metallurgical Group, MCC5 Group, China MCC22 Group and Shanghai Baoye made exchange speeches.
The conference was conducted via an "on-site + video" format. Key principals and related personnel from the headquarters' related departments and Beijing-based subsidiaries attended the conference at the main venue; more than 3,700 people in total, including the leadership teams and relevant department staff of subsidiaries outside Beijing, as well as tertiary enterprises, participated in the conference.
