MCC Asset Management Company Chairman Qu Yang Attends Hospital Communication Conference

From October 28th to 29th, in order to comprehensively implement the spirits and requirements of the State Council SASAC and companies concerning further strengthening medical-sanitary system reform, comply with the demands of the reform and development of the medical care system, improve hospital management, and promote communication and connection with associate units and hospitals, sponsored by the MCC Asset Management Company and undertaken by the Shanghai MCC Hospital, the Hospital Communication Conference was held at the Shanghai MCC Hospital. CPC Standing Committee Member, MCC Vice President and MCC Asset Management Company Chairman Qu Yang attended the conference and made a speech.

Qu Yang briefly introduced the development situation of the MCC Asset Management Company and the distribution situation of the affiliated hospital. He hopes that through this conference, they can build an interconnected and mutually supplemental medical care information and communication platform, discuss new idea for the reform and development of enterprise hospitals under the new medical reform, effectively promote reform, improve the comprehensive service ability and competitiveness of each hospital, meet the growing medical service demands of people to expand the medical field of the enterprises, and provide support for decision making.

During the conference after carefully listening to the communication of each hospital, expert lectures and discussions, Qu Yang made an important speech in which he pointed out that the MCC Asset Management Company is an assistor and capital operation platform for the cleaning and integration of non-principal assets and the transformation and upgrading of the MCC Group, a stripping channel for the non-performing assets of joint-stock companies and a filter of high-quality assets. Through this conference, the participants studied and comprehended the spirits of medical-sanitary system reform, discussed new ideas for hospital reform and development under the new medical reform, built an interconnected and mutually supplementary communication platform in the Group’s hospital interior, clearly understood the methods of medical resource optimization and integration within the group, invested in and introduced advanced diagnostic equipment, and provided references for decision-making. By building a medical platform, it is possible to further improve the comprehensive service ability and competitiveness of the hospitals, effectively promote the reform and development of the hospitals, continue to meet the growing medical service demands of the people, expand the Group’s medical field, ensure the preserving or increasing of national asset value, and promote the interaction between enterprise hospitals to enter a new stage of development.

The conference specially invited the Chinese Hospital Association’s Enterprise Hospital Branch Secretary General Zou Dianxin to hold a seminar themed 'A Discussion of the Development Direction of Enterprise Hospitals'. He used many vivid and profound cases to analyze and explain the future development direction of the enterprise hospitals, and their reform in the nature of public hospitals. Concerning reform and development methods, he suggested that the hospitals should expand their development directions, strengthen specialized construction, improve service quality and technology, fully upgrade comprehensive management capacity, and discuss development methods of surrounding the medical resource integration and medical-support combination of enterprise hospitals.

At the conference, the Shanghai MCC Hospital, Maanshan MCC17 Hospital, Taiyuan Seventh People’s Hospital, Tangshan MCC22 Hospital, Wuhan Puren Hospital, MCC5 Group Hospital and MCC19 Worker’s Hospital respectively introduced the history and development situation of their hospitals, exchanged their good actions and experience during development, and held a seminar on the operation of each hospital, the problems and obstacles met during development, and the reform, innovation and development directions of the hospitals under the new medical reform, ultimately reaching an agreement to strengthen continuous communication and mutual development between the hospitals.

After the conference, the participants visited the Shanghai MCC Hospital's Jinhui Rehabilitation Branch.

The conference was attended by Shanghai MCC Hospital Dean Zhang Jianguo, MCC Asset Management Company Chief Accountant Liao Fang, Assistant General Manager Zhou Jianfeng, MCC17 Deputy General Manager Cai Jin, MCC5 Assistant General Manager Zhang Ling, MCC22 Assistant General Manager and Labor Union Executive Vice President Liu Xiaobin, CTMCC Assistant General Manager Zhao Chengyi, directors of relative departments of the MCC Asset Management Company and Huaye Group, and the chairmen, deans and Party committee secretaries of the seven attending hospitals.
