On September 14th, General Manager and President of the MCC Group Zhang Zhaoxiang went to Chizhou City in Anhui Province to meet Municipal Deputy Secretary and Mayor Yong Chenghan. Both sides held talks concerning further deepening cooperation between the government and enterprises.
President Zhang Zhaoxiang thanked Mayor Yong Chenghan for his warm welcome and the many years of concern and support the MCC Group has received from the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, and briefly introduced the historical evolution and development status of MCC. At present, the MCC Group has successfully transformed from the iron and steel metallurgy field to non-steel fields, taking becoming the 'national team of metallurgical construction, the main force of infrastructure construction and the pacesetter of emerging industries, taking the path of high-tech construction in the long term' as its new strategic positioning. While keeping a foothold in its main business of iron and steel metallurgy, it has successfully transformed into such fields as high-end housing construction, municipal infrastructure, large-scale comprehensive stadiums, urban comprehensive treatment and so on, making especially significant breakthroughs in such emerging industries as underground comprehensive pipe galleries, beautiful village & smart city and sponge city technology, special theme parks and more. MCC hopes to further strengthen its cooperation with the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, give full play to its strengths to make contributions to the economic construction of Chizhou and realize win-win cooperation between government and enterprises.
Mayor Yong Chenghan welcomed President Zhang Zhaoxiang and his delegation and expressed gratitude for the MCC Group's long-term attention and support for the Chizhou's development. In recent years, the economy and society of Chizhou have developed continuously. Cooperation between MCC and Chizhou has a good foundation, and it is hoped that Group will give full play to its advantages as a large-scale central enterprise in technology, management, capital and so on, and deepen its cooperation in infrastructure construction, big health industries, cultural tourism and more, so as to promote mutual benefits, win-win results and common development. Yong Chenghan added that Chizhou will continue to intensify the scheduling power of its project construction, improve the service quality and efficiency and provide strong security for the MCC Group’s smooth construction in Chizhou.
