On September 7th, the MCC Overseas international syndicated loans signing ceremony was held in Hong Kong. It was attended by MCC Vice President and Board Secretary Xiao Xuewen.

On behalf of MCC, Xiao Xuewen expressed his congratulations for the successful hosting of the ceremony.
