On June 1st, MCC SKET commenced Shenyang Hengda’s Feicuihuating Phase II Buildings No. 6, 14, 25 and 26 and Basement Foundation Pit Retaining & Protection and Dewatering & Drainage Design and Construction Projects.

Located in the west of Beidaying Street in Dadong District, Shenyang City, this project is close to Wanghua North Street, the main street in the south and north of Dongda District. MCC SKET is specifically responsible for the foundation pit retaining & protection of Buildings No. 6, 14, 25 and 26 and their basements, dewatering & drainage design, construction project design, the design and implementation of a self-monitoring scheme for the foundation pits, and dewatering & drainage construction. The foundation pit retaining and protection form adopted for this project is sloping retaining and protection spraying with concrete on the slope, and the foundation pits have a design grade of III. The dewatering and drainage of the foundation pits shall adopt open-ditch drainage. It will also involve surrounding drainage trenching with pre-constructed buildings, a water-collecting well set up every 20 meters, and 23 deformation observation points with a separation distance of 20m.
