On May 23rd, MCC Group Party Standing Committee Member and MCC Vice President Zhang Mengxing met Guizhou Gui’an New District Management Committee Party Group Member and Gui’an New District Development and Investment Co., Ltd. Vice General Manager Su Yonghong and his delegation at the MCC Mansion. Both parties held a friendly exchange of views on such matters as jointly promoting the economy and infrastructure construction of the Headquarters in Gui’an New District, Guizhou City.
Zhang Mengxing welcomed Su Yonghong and his delegation and said that the MCC Group pays close attention to the market development of Guizhou Province, having set up the MCC Guizhou Company with a registered capital of RMB 3 billion in Gui‘an New Area, Guizhou, specially serving the economic development of Guizhou, taking part in the investment and construction of major projects in Guizhou and signing the Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Agreement to Deepen Strategic Cooperation with the Guizhou Provincial Government. Currently, such major projects as the expressways from Ziyun to Wangmo, Sandu to Libo, and Sansui to Shibing are being promoted. The capital of the MCC Guizhou Company will be gradually infused, personnel in market development and investment and financing will be gradually supplemented, and the MCC Group is willing to make greater contributions to local social and economic development.
Su Yonghong thanked Zhang Mengxing for his warm reception before briefly introducing about the progress of the '3510' Project (three-year image, five-year big development, and ten-year construction of a new city) in Gui’an New District, Guizhou, pointing out that Gui’an New Ecological City (Central District) will emphasize the development of the modern service industry including the economy, finance, commerce and trade, conventions and exhibitions, scientific research and so on at the Headquarters; he hopes that the MCC Group will forge the MCC Guizhou Company into its regional Headquarters. He also hopes that the MCC Group will give overall consideration to upgrading and supplementing the MCC Guizhou Company’s enterprise qualification and forging it into an entity enterprise with both investment and construction functions, thereby accelerating such infrastructure construction projects as rail transit, regional roads, transportation hubs and the urban road network, as well as supporting projects including offices, businesses, dwellings, hotels, logistics and so on in the New District.
The meeting was attended by Guizhou Gui’an New District Planning and Construction Bureau Director General Shu Yongsheng and Secretary Dai Hu and Feng Hui, CTMCC President Zhou Qing, MCC Group Investment and Management Department Head Yang Kui, Domestic Market Development Department Head Zeng Jianzhong and CTMCC Vice General Manager Su Tao.
