In the afternoon of May 16th, MCC Group General Manager and President Zhang Zhaoxiang met with Indian JSPL President Naveen Jindal and his delegation at the MCC Headquarters. Both parties carried out an in-depth exploration and reached a consensus concerning cooperation in many fields including real estate development and iron and steel construction.
Zhang Zhaoxiang welcomed President Naveen Jindal and his delegation and briefly introduced MCC Group’s background and development history, pointing out that, as the largest metallurgical construction project contractor and iron and steel enterprise operation service provider in the world, the MCC Group has achieved a successful transformation with a business performance rising against the trend in recent years. The MCC Group gives full play to its simple yet profound spirit of 'never delaying and never slacking', its own technical and funds advantages and business specialties. MCC will positively promote the constantly deepening cooperation of both parties, vigorously drive the implementation of cooperation and construction projects and realize mutual benefits and win-win results.
Naveen Jindal pointed out that MCC has rich experience in steel construction, and JSPL has enjoyed a cooperative relationship with the Group for many years. JSPL hopes to continuously and closely cooperate with MCC while complementing each other's advantages and carrying out deep cooperation in many fields including real estate development and iron and steel. Naveen Jindal pointed out that JSPL is willing to establish a joint-venture construction enterprise with the MCC Group, jointly open up the Indian market and carry out increasingly profound cooperation in such fields as roads, bridges, airports and stations.
The meeting was attended by MCC Group Deputy General Manager Xu Xiangchun, MCC Overseas President Zou Weimin, MCC International Group General Manager Chen Shaochun, MCC Overseas Engineering Management Department Director Xu Yongjie, MCC Real Estate Group Vice General Manager Li Meilin, and MCC Overseas Vice General Manager Chen Chang’an.
