Guo Wenqing Meets Zeng Guohui of Indonesia Mulia Group in Shanghai

On November 18th, MCC Chairman and Party Committee Secretary Guo Wenqing met Zeng Wenhui of the Indonesia Mulia Group in Shanghai. Both parties held talks in a friendly atmosphere and had a detailed discussion on the development of cooperation in resource exploitation and utilization in China and Southeast Asia, real estate projects, highway transportation infrastructure and so on in line with the national 'One Belt and One Road' strategy, finally reaching an agreement.

Guo Wenqing briefly introduced the general information of the MCC Group, pointing out that the Mulia Group has a huge investment in a project to build the highest-range 438-meter office building with 93 floors in the financial center of downtown Kuala Lumpur, and MCC will send the most brilliant project manager and management team to make this project a landmark of Southeast Asia and a milestone of the building field, aiming to win the American Green Building Platinum Award. Guo Wenqing also pointed out that the cooperation between the MCC Group and the Mulia Group shares wide fields and territories, and MCC has recently undertaken numerous projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, etc. He hopes that the two parties can develop deep, all-around cooperation in resource exploitation and utilization in China and Southeast Asia, and develop real estate and highway transportation infrastructure projects in line with the national strategic layout of 'One Belt and One Road'.

Mr. Zeng Guohui expressed his gratitude that Chairman Guo Wenqing would make a special trip to meet him, pointing out that it fully showed the importance that the MCC Group places in their cooperation. He also expressed how he feels that the MCC style demonstrates it to be an enterprise of integrity. He then pointed out that the MCC Group possesses strong ability in design and construction and has successfully completed numerous projects around the world, creating high brand awareness. He hopes that MCC will send its top technicians and management team to make the Mulia Group’s Landmark Mansion Project a landmark building of Southeast Asia, thus enhancing the brand awareness of the MCC Group. As the Mulia Group also has a great quantity of projects in real estate, high traffic, resource exploitation and utilization, etc. around the world, the MCC Group could give full play to its advantages in these projects as well, driving the cooperation between the two parties towards certain win-win results.

The meeting was attended by Business Development Director of the Mulia Group Lv Ruxian, Chairman of the Shanghai Baoye Group Wang Shilei, Chairman of MCC Overseas Zou Weimin and Vice General Manager of MCC Overseas and General Manager of Malaysia Yang Ruobing.
