On March 20, MCC President Shen Heting paid a visit to Peru President Alan García, who is now in China for a state visit.
During their meeting in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, President Shen introduced MCC\'s development and achievements in recent years and expressed willingness to participate in the infrastructure construction and mineral resources development of Peru.
President García highly praised MCC\'s achievements and overall strength in metallurgy, resources development and infrastructure construction and said that the Peru government is willing to strengthen cooperation with Chinese enterprises. He said that large Chinese enterprises including MCC are welcome to Peru for investment and construction.
