The Rizhao Steel Full-Process Intelligent Factory Project, built by MCC CISDI Information, is the largest full-process intelligent manufacturing plant in the steel industry in terms of production capacity. It has achieved the first 20 million-ton-level "digital twin + real-time optimization" full-process closed-loop control in the industry. It has won the title of Shandong Province Process-Type Intelligent Factory, was selected into the list of Shandong Province Advanced (Provincial) Intelligent Factories in 2025, and was selected into the second batch of Excellent Intelligent Factories by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The project's related achievements won the third prize in the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council's Digital Scenario Innovation Professional Competition for State-owned Enterprises.
