China MCC5's independently developed high-altitude welding robot is equipped with a six-axis 1,200 mm ultra-long welding robotic arm with a positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm. It can climb to high altitudes and steep slopes, and go deep into the confined spaces of bridges and ship steel box girders to carry out unmanned operations. Its overall efficiency is 2-4 times higher than that of traditional welding construction operations. The robot is equipped with a "smart brain" trained on massive welding data, which automatically matches the optimal solution. Its self-developed molten pool camera and real-time monitoring system can simultaneously identify subtle deviations that are imperceptible to humans during the welding process, and intelligently and dynamically correct them in real time, so as to complete the construction and inspection processes in one go.
