The Shanxi Jingang Intelligent Factory Full-Process Engineering Project is a national intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory. The project has established a company-level intelligent control center covering the entire process of the steel industry. It provides a plant-wide integrated intelligent manufacturing solution that includes an industrial internet platform, digital twin factory, big data analysis platform, integrated production and sales and full-process production management system (MES), intelligent energy management system, equipment management system, logistics management system, and intelligent environmental protection control system, effectively improving production efficiency by 5%. The project won the first prize in the Outstanding Achievement Award for Engineering Computer Software in the Metallurgical Construction Industry.
