The ultra-large cross-section titanium alloy developed by MCC CERI pioneered a new "rolling instead of forging" process, achieving a world record for rolling the largest Ø900 mm round ingot and producing Ø85-350 mm finished products. The single-machine output increased by nearly 8 times and the processing cost was reduced by 40%. The product breaks through the technical bottleneck of "one-fire forming" of aerospace-grade titanium alloys and is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace. It significantly improves the processing level of special materials in China and promotes the leapfrog development of high-end equipment manufacturing towards high efficiency and precision.
