The single-layer welding and one-time forming technology for continuous casting rolls developed by CRIBC hardfacing welding materials has broken through the "1+N" multi-layer welding manufacturing process of continuous casting rolls at home and abroad. It has creatively proposed a new process of single-layer welding and one-time forming, formed a complete set of key technologies for hardfacing welding materials, realized the surface composite remanufacturing of wear-resistant spare parts, and filled the gap in China's domestic roll welding composite remanufacturing technology.
