The CITIC Tower (China Zun) project was supervised throughout the entire process by the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd. MCC Group (CRIBC). Located in the core area of ​​the Chaoyang District Central Business District in Beijing, the project has a total construction area of ​​437,000 m2, a total height of 528 m, 108 floors above ground and 7 floors underground (excluding mezzanine). It is the headquarters building of CITIC Group, integrating Grade A office space, conference facilities and other supporting services. It is the first building with a height of over 500 m in an area with an earthquake fortification intensity of Magnitude 8 Earthquake, and a new landmark in the capital.
