Taking the entire Optics Valley Central City as its research object, WISDRI systematically carried out work such as "building a top-level design, planning construction schemes, improving the management and control system, integrating engineering design, and providing technical consulting services". It practiced the planning concept of "small blocks and dense road networks" and promoted the "five-network integration" of urban transportation, sponge city, ecological corridor, integrated pipe gallery, and smart city infrastructure. It achieved "spatial integration", "professional integration" and "temporal integration" in the construction field and helped the city achieve high-quality development.
