MCC's inspection team undertook the durability restoration project for the concrete structure of the Great Hall of the People’s Auditorium, which spans 150,000 m2 in land area and 171,800 m2 in floor area. The institute performed inspection and appraisal on tens of thousands of square meter of structure, provided reinforcement design, and executed retrofitting works. The project received unanimous praise from the National People’s Congress, Beijing municipal authorities, and stakeholders. Building on this success, MCC's inspection team expanded its scope to non-structural elements such as ceilings, stone curtain walls, and equipment brackets.
