MCC's inspection team inspected the Great Hall of Foguang Temple, China’s second-oldest surviving wooden structure, lauded by Liang Sicheng as "China's foremost national treasure." The cultural architecture team recorded uneven settlement, wall tilting, and aging timber components in the East Hall. Advanced non-destructive and micro-damage inspection technologies were applied for a detailed investigation of the hall’s structure, capturing architectural forms, construction features, distribution of historical relics, and structural issues to establish an archival database.
