On June 18, China MCC and China Jinmao held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing. Cheng Yong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Minmetals; Chen Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China MCC; Tao Tianhai, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of China Jinmao; Han Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Zhang Hui, Senior Vice President; and Guan Chong, Vice President of China Jinmao attended the signing ceremony. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, and Ding Rui, Vice President of China Jinmao, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. 

During panel discussions, both sides presented their core strengths and business layouts, exchanged in-depth views on resource linkage, joint project development and industrial integration. Both sides agreed to take this signing as a fresh starting point, holistically integrate full-chain resources covering engineering construction, urban development, asset operation and capital operation, and jointly drive high quality two-way strategic cooperation, contributing strength from central SOEs to national urban development strategies. 

Both parties will give full play to their respective strengths and conduct in-depth, high level and all round cooperation in fields including new type urbanization, financial capital, supply chain coordination and cultural tourism complex construction to achieve mutual benefit and shared growth.
