On May 7, Li Zhongze, Secretary of the Party Committee of China MCC, conducted an on-site inspection of MCC International to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's operational status and to coordinate key work priorities. Wang Bo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, accompanied the investigation.
Li Zhongze reviewed the company's operations, development planning, and reform initiatives, commending MCC International’s achievements in global deployment, localized operations, and training of compound talents. He urged the company to further refine its strategic positioning, clarify its core competitiveness, establish a differentiated development framework, continuously strengthen its operational foundation, and comprehensively enhance sustainable development capabilities.
During the symposium with key personnel, Li Zhongze put forward four requirements for the high-quality development of MCC International: 1. Elevate political awareness and ensure rigorous implementation of audit and inspection rectification. Deeply comprehend the directives and requirements from higher authorities, and address each item with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure corrective actions are effectively undertaken. Leverage rectification as a catalyst to elevate overall project lifecycle management, systematically remediate weak links by drawing inferences from individual cases. Consistently uphold bottom-line thinking, thereby solidifying the foundation for overseas development. 2. Establish and practice a correct view of performance to guide high-quality development. Firmly grasp the overarching requirements of education and learning regarding the correct performance outlook, adhere to the principle of "no empty fame, only tangible results, and action within means," accurately assess market conditions, objectively evaluate internal capabilities, and steadily advance overseas business expansion. Resolutely assume the responsibility of "new officials settling old accounts," ensuring no shirking of duties, no gaps in workflow, and no accumulation of risks, thus guiding the enterprise toward sustained, stable, and high-quality development. 3. Clarify core competitiveness and systematically enhance management effectiveness. Clearly identify one's positioning and core competitive advantages, and scientifically plan the enterprise's survival and development space. Continuously streamline operations by optimizing organizational structures and reducing management layers to comprehensively improve operational efficiency and control capabilities. Implement differentiated project management strategies: for completed but unsettled projects, conduct case-by-case analysis and formulate targeted advancement plans; for ongoing projects, strengthen full-process management and adopt multiple measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Harmonize relationships with external departments and sister units, establishing a collaborative and efficient cooperation mechanism based on mutual benefit, thereby consolidating synergies for overseas development. 4. Deepen comprehensive and rigorous party governance to foster a clean and upright political environment. Strengthen leadership team building, enhance cohesion and combat effectiveness, and create a conducive political environment for entrepreneurship. Adhere to a people-oriented approach, research and establish a scientifically sound compensation and performance evaluation system to fully motivate cadres and employees. Intensify care and support for overseas frontline staff, rallying morale and pooling efforts to ensure the stable growth of overseas operations.
Relevant officials from MCC headquarters and MCC International, including Zheng Li, Zhu Xiaofei, and Jia Ningchuan, participated in the survey.
