On March 27, China MCC convened a marketing symposium for its third-tier institutions in the Hunan region at the 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. of Minmetals. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, attended the conference and delivered a speech.
The symposium noted that Hunan’s economic aggregate remains firmly among the top ten nationwide, and the added value of its construction industry ranks among the highest in the country. With a well-established brand and abundant resources within the Group, MCC Group retains significant potential to deepen its presence and expand market share in the Hunan region. Participating units were urged to align with the Company’s 2026 marketing work conference guidelines and actively drive high-quality development in the regional market.
The symposium outlined specific strategic directions for marketing efforts in Hunan: first, to bolster confidence and steadily increase market share, striving to achieve the five-year target; second, to acknowledge shortcomings, fully engage in public tender projects, and achieve deep cultivation in familiar territories; third, to consolidate synergies and thoroughly implement the “five linkages” to collectively expand market presence; fourth, to focus on core business, intensify resource allocation, and expand nonferrous metals and mining operations; fifth, to ensure compliance, uphold a correct performance philosophy, and properly fulfill dual responsibilities.
The symposium also introduced the "Market and Customer Management Handbook", and fourteen participating third-tier institutions delivered presentations.
Representatives from relevant headquarters departments and subsidiaries, including Lao Xiaoyun, together with heads of third-tier institutions based in Hunan, attended the meeting.
