At a critical juncture in the high-quality development of Xiong’an New Area and during a pivotal phase of its urbanization, the Xiong’an Headquarters of MCC and the Project Delivery Management Department jointly convened a specialized training session on the "Engineering Project Management Manual" on March 27 in Xiong’an New Area. This initiative was undertaken to operationalize the directives of MCC’s 2026 annual work conference and its 2026 post-holiday resumption meeting, thereby promoting the comprehensive implementation of the "MCC Engineering Project Management Manual". Over 200 key management personnel from MCC's various branches and project teams stationed in Xiong'an participated in the session, which was delivered by China MCC's Project Delivery Management Department. 

The training provided an in-depth analysis of the Manual's core philosophy, underlying logic, primary requirements, and practical applications, using case studies to address project management planning, progress control, safety and quality assurance, commercial management, subcontractor management, material procurement, and project-level Party building. This enhanced participants' awareness of and emphasis on the Manual, deepening their understanding of its core content and thereby improving the precision, standardization, and digitization of project management. 

Moving forward, the Xiong'an Headquarters has directed all units stationed in Xiong'an to sustain ongoing, routine learning, closely align with the Manual's core principles and the realities of Xiong'an's construction, continuously strengthen team collaboration, improve project delivery capabilities, and leverage standardized management to empower project execution. This will fulfill the central enterprise's responsibilities, create "Xiong'an Quality" through "Quality Performance," and channel MCC's strength into the high-quality development of Xiong'an New Area.      The training session was co-organized by the Xiong'an International Trade Center Project Department of China MCC5 Group Corp., Ltd.
