On March 25, Zhu Guangxia, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC), met with Wu Bingqi, Chairman, Party Secretary, and General Manager of OCT Group in Shenzhen, engaging in in-depth discussions on bilateral cooperation.
Zhu Guangxia gave a brief introduction to the basic situation of China MCC and its business structure of "One Core, Two Subjects, Five Characteristics". He noted that as a national leader in the construction of new infrastructure and new urbanization, MCC brings extensive expertise in urban renewal, quality housing development, and cultural tourism complexes, offering integrated investment, construction, and operation services. He called for establishing a closer communication mechanism to expand the scope and depth of collaboration for mutual benefit.
Wu Bingqi warmly welcomed Zhu and his delegation, outlining OCT's reform and development. He emphasized a long-standing cooperative history and strong business complementarity between the two groups, identifying broad prospects for future collaboration. Wu proposed deepening cooperation in urban renewal, cultural tourism, specialty real estate, and revitalization of existing assets, aiming to jointly develop landmark projects that drive high-quality development.
Also in attendance were Ni Zheng, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of OCT Group, and key China MCC executives including Liu Anyi, Wang Wei, Lao Xiaoyun, and Pan Biyi, among other leaders from relevant departments and subsidiaries.
