From September 21st to 22nd, MCC General Manager and President Zhang Zhaoxiang and his delegation visited Malaysia for an investigation, during which he had a meeting with Malaysia KL Northgate Group General Manager Huang Anhui and attended the Northgate Commercial Complex Project MOU signing ceremony and the W Hotel capping ceremony.
On the 21st, Zhang Zhaoxiang and Huang Anhui held a meeting at the One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, developed a friendly and in-depthexchangeconcerningthe Northgate Commercial Complex Project in Kuala Lumpur, and witnessed the signing of an MOU for theproject between the MCC Overseas Malaysia Company and Malaysia KL Northgate.
Zhang Zhaoxiang briefly introduced MCC’s basic conditions and market development status in Malaysia, pointing out that as one of the first Chinese enterprises coming to the local market of Malaysia, MCC now has a total project contract amountof over RMB 10 billion in the country. The MCC Group actively responds to the national 'One Beltand One Road' strategy, considers the needs of the local market and focuses on high-end building construction, metallurgical engineering and infrastructure construction so as to fully promote cooperation between Chinese high-quality capacity and the international capacity of Malaysia's local enterprises, therebyconstructing and improving the connectivity of the peripheral infrastructure.
Zhang Zhaoxiang said that the MCC Group will bring advanced technologies, scientific management methods and efficient construction teamsinto project construction,combine its years of construction experience in Malaysia, continuously improve and innovateconstruction plans to enhance construction technologies, establish a good corporateimage of MCC in Malaysia through high quality projects, andachieve cooperation and mutual benefits.
Datuk Huang Anhui warmly welcomed Zhang Zhaoxiang and his delegation and greatly affirmed the MCC Group's strength, pointing out thatthe Malaysia KL Northgate Group hopes to further deepenits cooperation with the MCC Group and its subsidiaries, and expects the MCC Group to continue to give full play to its strong technological advantages and abundant construction experienceso as to jointly promote the successful development of the Northgate Commercial Complex Project in Kuala Lumpur.
Located in Selayang District, the Northgate Commercial Complex Project has a planned construction area of 663,000m2. It includesan international four-star hotel, 2 four-star hotels, an office building, a high-end service apartment building,a water park and so on.
In the morning of the 22nd, a grand capping ceremony for the W Hotel and 'The Residences' ServicedSuites Project generally contracted by MCC Overseas and constructed by MCC3 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It wasattended by Zhang Zhaoxiang and thePresident of 'The Residences', the project's proprietor.
In his speech, Zhang Zhaoxiangcongratulated the Project Department on the capping, and expressed his sincere gratitude to the constructors, project proprietor, consultant company and all friends supporting the project for their hardwork. He then encouraged MCC's construction units to treat the capping as a new start, and required them to pay great attention to project quality in the following construction, strictly manage production, enhance scientific management and continue to carry forward the simple yet profound MCC spirit of 'Never delaying and never slacking' so as to build a super high-rise landmark building with the highest quality on the side of the Twin Towers, and to continuously improve the competitiveness and influence of the MCC brand in Malaysia with hardwork and dedication.
Located in the core zone of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, just a block away from the Twin Towers, the W Hotel and 'The Residences' Serviced Suites Project has a floorage of 85,000m2 and 56 floors overground to a height of 235m. It is a high-end urban commercial housing complex integrating five-star hotels and luxury suites.
