In the morning of December 22nd, the Symposium on Central Enterprises Assisting National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Pilot Zone Construction and signing ceremony were held in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. China Minmetals Deputy General Manager and MCC Group General Manager, MCC Party Committee General Secretary & Deputy Chairman Zhang Zhaoxiang was invited to attend. During the meeting, Zhang Zhaoxiang met Gui'an New District Party Working Committee Secretary Ma Changqing, Guizhou Railway Investment Co., Ltd. Chairman Wu Yong and Guimin Investment Corporation General Manager Liu Chuncheng, and held the MCC Guizhou Three Expressways Project Construction Advancement Meeting.
In the afternoon of December 21st, Zhang Zhaoxiang and Guizhou Gui'an New District Party Working Committee Secretary Ma Changqing held talks. Both parties developed a deep exchange on accelerating the advancement of such projects as MCC Group's Southwest Headquarters Base Construction, Gui'an New District Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery and Gaofeng Township, and reached a consensus.
In the afternoon of 22nd, Zhang Zhaoxiang met Guizhou Railway Investment Co., Ltd. Chairman Wu Yong. Both parties held a deep discussion of such matters as the further implementation of their railway construction strategic cooperation framework agreement and the boosting of Guizhou railway's investment promotion and project construction, and carried out consultation on the development of the PPP pattern for relevant railway projects.
Afterwards, Zhang Zhaoxiang met Guizhou Province Guimin Investment Corporation (Guizhou Province Financial Holding Company) General Manager Liu Chuncheng. Both sides deeply exchanged opinions on the construction of Gui'an New District’s development and Guizhou Province’s poverty relief projects, and reached a consensus on carrying out wide cooperation in investment construction fields in the following step in order to realize complementary advantages, mutual benefits, win-win results and common development for both parties.
In the afternoon of the same day, Zhang Zhaoxiang organized and held the MCC Guizhou Three Expressways Project Construction Promotion Meeting at the MCC Guizhou Company. It was attended by the leading body members of the MCC Guizhou Company, relevant leaders of MCC's various participation subsidiaries, the chairman of the Three Expressways Project Company and others.
At the meeting, Zhang Zhaoxiang heard a report on the project’s construction progress situations and the main problems in the current work. He then conducted exchanges and discussions with the personnel attending the meeting on the related project construction work, and fully affirmed the achievements gained by overcoming various difficulties and actively boosting project construction by all participation units.
Zhang Zhaoxiang pointed out that building the Guizhou Three Expressways Project plays a vital role in MCC's further deep exploration of the market and the establishment of a good enterprise brand in Guizhou. For the next step work of the project's overall participation units, Zhang Zhaoxiang put forward 6 requirements: first, quicken the approval process. It is necessary to deal with the problems that affect project promotion within a limited time. The signing of related construction cooperation agreements must be finished before New Year's Day. Second, enhance on-site resource configuration. Professional technicians and large construction installation equipment should be equipped properly, promptly and in an orderly manner so as to satisfy the needs of on-site construction and performance checks. Third, effectively grasp the degree of project management. Project management cannot be out of control, and work boosting efficiency cannot be influenced. Fourth, it is necessary to ensure the legitimacy and compliance of project construction, strictly implement the rules and regulations of project construction and management, and guarantee the completion of the relevant formalities of project construction. Fifth, further strengthen the Party's construction of the project so as to provide a powerful political and ideological guarantee for the smooth advancement of its construction. Sixth, it is necessary to establish a complete security risk prevention system. The MCC Guizhou Company should further intensify on-site safety management to guarantee the safety of the project’s construction.
