From December 22nd to 23rd, a delegation led by MCC President Zhang Mengxing inspected Qinghai Province, held talks with Qinghai Province Transport Department Director Ma Jixiao and Western Mining Group Chairman Zhang Yongli, and investigated and surveyed the Qinghai Cooper Industry Project of which China ENFI holds the post of general contractor and MCC22 participates the construction, as well as the Western Mining Hangxiao Project undertaken by MCC22.
On the 23rd, Zhang Mengxing met Qinghai Province Transport Department Director Ma Jixiao. He expressed gratitude for Ma Jixiao's warm reception and pointed out that MCC has succeeded in realizing transformation, and can undertake the construction of all large domestic high-end housing, traffic municipal infrastructure and large complexes through the leadership of the new strategic positioning of being the ‘national team of metallurgical construction, the main force of capital construction and the pacesetter of emerging industries, insisting on taking the road of high-tech construction in the long term’ following the strategic recombination between China Minmetals and MCC. At present, MCC Group has developed favorable cooperation relationships with numerous provinces and cities in such fields as expressway construction and underground comprehensive pipe galleries. It has also successfully built and operated three expressways in Guangxi: Majiang-Wuzhou, Baise-Jingxi and Wuzhou City Ring.
Zhang Mengxing stressed that MCC Group attaches great importance to the regional market of Qinghai, especially such infrastructure construction as Qinghai Province expressways and urban underground comprehensive pipe galleries. He hopes that Qinghai Province Transport Department will provide MCC Group with strong support, expand their friendly cooperation in infrastructure construction on the basis of full communication, and jointly make contributions to realizing Qinghai Province's development plans for the ‘13th Five-year Plan’.
Ma Jixiao warmly welcomed Zhang Mengxing and briefly introduced the basic situation of Qinghai Province's transport infrastructure construction, pointing out that as a Fortune 500 Enterprise and national innovation-oriented enterprise, MCC Group has powerful technical and capital strengths, a high brand reputation, strong comprehensive strength and favorable development prospects. The Qinghai Province Transport Department welcomes MCC Group to participate in such infrastructure construction as highways, bridges and underground comprehensive pipe galleries in the province. He hopes that both parties will continuously expand their cooperation fields and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results on the basis of full exchange.
On the 22nd, Zhang Mengxing held talks with Western Mining Group Chairman Zhang Yongli. Both parties carried out deep discussions and exchanges on further reinforcing their cooperation.
Zhang Mengxing first extended his gratitude for the strong support and assistance the Western Mining Group has given to MCC Group in recent years, then briefly introduced the basic development situation of MCC Group. He said that the Western Mining Group has powerful strength, and its businesses have developed rapidly in recent years; it is the representative of Qinghai Province's outstanding enterprises. He hopes that both sides will expand their business cooperation fields unceasingly and achieve the positive situation of mutual benefits and win-win results for both parties.
Zhang Yongli welcomed the delegation led by Zhang Mengxing and briefly introduced the basic situation and transformation conception of the Western Mining Group. Under the broad background of the depression of the non-ferrous metal industry, the Western Mining Group has intensified its enterprise management, changed its work philosophy, overcome many difficulties, made up the deficits and obtained surplus. Through their cooperation on the Qinghai Copper Industry Project, the Western Mining Group has attained a better understanding of MCC Group's management capacity and strong technical strength. He hopes that both parties will continue to strengthen their relationship and develop closer cooperation in further fields.
On the same day, the delegation led by Zhang Mengxing also investigated and surveyed the Qinghai Cooper Industry Project of which China ENFI holds the post of the general contractor and MCC22 participates the construction, as well as the Western Mining Hangxiao Project undertaken by MCC22. After hearing a detailed introduction of the project's overall construction and operation situation, Zhang Mengxing emphasized that as a traditional metallurgy construction enterprise, MCC22 should integrate its advantageous resources and technical strengths, strongly exploit emerging markets and walk a road of transformation and development that meets the enterprise's situation and the will of the people under the grand backdrop of the strategic recombination of China Minmetals and MCC Group. He then pointed out that MCC22 should continue carrying forward the enterprise spirit of ‘be selfless, share weal and woe, persevere and advance bravely’, insist on regarding customer orientation as its service philosophy, finish the projects at hand and walk the path of the enterprise's transformation and development on the premise of preserving the market amidst industrial competition which grows fiercer day by day.
