Safety Training Started in MCET

Twenty-six employees from various departments, project companies and management teams of MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (MCET) took part in the production safety training and performance test organized by the Ministry of Transportation (MOT) from December 29-31, 2009. 
MCET witnessed a prosperous year in 2009. After communicating with the relevant highway industrial association and concerned colleges/institutions, the company organized this training course for its professional staff in the interest to: (i) make better performance in construction of transportation projects; (ii) complete project implementation on a safe and efficient basis; (iii) ensure the professional staff to comply with the relevant qualification requirements of the State; and (iv) improve the expertise of safety management staff and the management level for safety work of the contracted projects.
During the training course, Professor Liang Jianxin and Professor Yu Xiaoming of Changsha University of Science and Technology gave lectures on laws/regulations for safety work in production process, safety production technologies and the corresponding management knowledge. On December 31, an examination on safety management of transportation engineering was held for all the participants.
The training was short yet very effective; the participants have: (i) expanded the views for work; (ii) learned more professional knowledge; (iii) figured out their own shortcomings; (iv) enhanced awareness on the significance of safety management for business development of the company; (v) obtained deeper understanding on the safety management work as the major foundation for the establishment of harmonious society. They stated that, after returning to their respective posts, they would put the safety production principles and the new knowledge into practice so as to do a better job in the company.
